OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The contest is sponsored by Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc. The contest is open to SkyCity Users and Businesses and participants must be at the age of majority or older in their country at the time of the entry. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these contest rules (the “Contest Rules”)

ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

  1. a) be a legal resident of their country; and,
  2. b) be of the age of majority or older in their country at the time of entry.

Employees of Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc and their household members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Sponsor, Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc, shall have the right at any time to require proof and/or eligibility to participate in the contest. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of this contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant in its sole discretion for misleading information.

CONTEST PERIOD

The contest, and Submission Period, begins 2021 November 29 at 0000 Pacific and ends on 2021 Dec 15 at 2300 Pacific. During the Submission Period, all entries must be received on or before 2021 Dec 15 at 1200 Pacific. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest.  Existing subscribers with notifications turned on will receive an email asking if they wish to enter the contest.  New users and businesses wishing to enter the contest can subscribe at https://sn-canada.com/skycityrealtycontest/. All new entries must be submitted electronically from the contest website.

Entries are limited to one (1) per person or business. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered. All entries become the sole property of Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc. All entries must be received during the Submission Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late or incomplete.

Entries received online will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated. For the purpose of the Contest Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry.

RANDOM DRAW

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be entered into the draw and the Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected eligible entrant will be contacted by e-mail no later than 2021 December 17. If the selected eligible entrant cannot be contacted on or before 2021 December 20 at 2359 Pacific, they will be disqualified and not receive a prize. Another eligible entrant will be selected and contacted.

Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected eligible entrant to receive notification or the Sponsors to receive a selected entrant’s response.

ODDS

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible submissions received.

PRIZES

Five winners will be selected, each receiving a SkyCity Realty prize package valued at $200CAD/each.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, applied to the email used to subscribe to SkyCity, usable only in SkyCity and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash. If prizes are shipped, they shall not be insured, and Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules, and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees to:

  1. be bound by the Contest Rules
  2. be bound by the decision of Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc

PUBLICITY

By participating, each entrant grants Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc permission to use his/her name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc is not responsible or liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or delayed, entries, notifications, replies, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, Internet Service Providers, websites or other connection, related to the Contest and/or the Contest Website; for errors of any kind, including but not limited to human, electronic, mechanical and/or technical in nature; for failure or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer and online systems, servers, computer equipment, software, e-mail, players, or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, the Contest Website, any related website, or any combination thereof or otherwise; for any injury or damage to entrant, entrant’s computer, or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading material in connection with the Contest or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control.

DISQUALIFICATION

Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation and administration of the Contest; or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or in violation of the Contest Rules.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By participating in the Contest, the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc for the purpose of administering the Contest, awarding the Prize, and announcing the Winner and any subsequent advertising or promotion related thereto.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, tradenames, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans, and representations are owned or used under license by the Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian laws including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

Sky Networks Cloud and Internet Solutions Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend, or suspend the Contest and/or the Contest Rules in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation.

DISCREPANCIES

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials or advertising, the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
